RETURN POLICY

If you’re unhappy with your ordered items for any reason, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware, and accessories. Items must not be damaged due to wear or installation. We do not accept returns on helmets and bike suits

RETURN STEPS

  1. Please call us with your order number ready at 1-440-290-9558 to initiate a return and receive an RCN (return confirmation number).
  2. You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours to the email address associated with your order. Please add info@beastbikesonline.com to your safe sender list.
  3. Print the pre-paid shipping label, fill in the RCN number, and include the original packing slip with your return.

REFUND INFORMATION

Returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the purchase price and sales tax (if necessary) will be credited back to your original method of payment. A return processing fee of $8.99 or 11%, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED

If we sent you the wrong item, we apologize and will work to get it corrected quickly. Please call us at 1-440-290-9558 and we’ll help you process the return and get you the correct items.

RETURN ITEMS RECEIVED AS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If you received an item that is damaged, please call us at 1-440-290-9558 We’ll help you return the item and get it replaced. Please note that any returned product(s) will have to be verified as being defective in order to receive a refund.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are able to process exchanges. So the value of the products will be compared and any additional or extra cost of the products will be paid by both parties for a successful exchange procedure.
